3. Intellectual property

The structure of the Site, its visual identity, its texts, the diagnostic method (analytical frameworks, scoring scales, summaries) and all content produced by the publisher are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher.

Diagnostic reports generated for a user are provided for their own use. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of the elements of the Site is prohibited.

The public data used by the Site (data.gouv.fr, INPI, BODACC, RNA, JOAFE, France Travail, Aides-Territoires, public Google listings and reviews, OpenCorporates, etc.) remain subject to their respective licences; their sources are stated in the reports.

4. Personal data

The processing of users’ personal data is described in the privacy policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi “Informatique et Libertés”). Any request may be sent to: contact@agencealps.com.

5. Cookies

The Site uses a strictly necessary session cookie for its operation (keeping the user signed in), which does not require prior consent.

The Site currently sets no audience measurement or advertising tracking cookies. Should such cookies be introduced, they would only be set after your consent has been obtained through a dedicated banner, refusal having no effect on access to the Service.

The diagnostics provided by the Site are decision-support tools drawn up from public data, documents supplied by the user and automated processing. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, accounting or investment advice) and do not engage the publisher’s liability for decisions taken on the basis of them. The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information, without any guarantee of completeness or freedom from error.
